LAR (Library of Academic Resources) Center is a publisher of peer-reviewed journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines, and a promoter of open access among scholarly communities.

We aim to provide completely barrier-free access, popularly known as Open Access, to all scientific resources for all intended users around the globe.

Our mission is to advance vibrant research works in all academic disciplines by disseminating research results through the most efficient channel that the scholarly community innovates.

To this end, we publish a suite of peer-reviewed journals, make those freely accessible (accessible without any kind of subscription – individual or institutional), and promote open access among academic institutions, funding agencies, and the scholarly publishing industry.
